Pav bhaji masala as the name suggests is a blend of spices used in the preparation of the bhaji. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />4-5 Bay Leaf <br />50 gms Kashmiri Dry Red Chillies <br />4 tbsp Coriander Seeds <br />3 tbsp Cumin Seeds <br />1 tbsp Raw Mango Powder <br />1 tbsp Black Pepper <br />1 tbsp Fennel Seeds <br />3 Masala Cardamom <br />1 tsp Cloves <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Heat a flat bottom pan. <br />- Add bay leaf, kashmiri dry red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepperm masala cardamom, fennel seeds & cloves. <br />- Dry roast all the ingredients for few minutes. <br />- Add the roasted ingredients in a mixer blender. Grind everything to a fine powder. <br />- Then add raw mango powder and mix well. <br />- Store this Pav Bhaji Masala in an air tight container and use whenever required. This masala lasts for a couple of months if stored in refrigerator.
